Report on the difficulty of doing business

The Business Program provides objective measures of business rules and enforcement in 190 countries and selected cities at the national and regional level. Launched in 2002, the Doing Business Program looked at small and medium-sized companies in the country and measured the regulations that apply to them throughout their lifecycle.
